When you use our inquiry form, we collect the following data: salutation, name, email address, phone number, address, requested arrival and departure period, number of persons and, if provided by you, a message. We use this data to process your inquiry, to contact you and, provided you have expressly consented to this in the form, to send you our newsletter.

Statistical Analysis
We also use the data collected as part of inquiries and bookings (e.g. origin, travel period, number of persons) internally for statistical purposes in order to better plan and improve our offer (e.g. occupancy planning, seasonal trends). The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in an economically sound business operation. Wherever possible, we use the data for this purpose in anonymised or aggregated form.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where this is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. to payment service providers) or where we are legally obliged to do so.
Storage Period
Your personal contact data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your inquiry, or as soon as you withdraw your consent to the newsletter. We retain the statistical analysis data – wherever possible in anonymised form – beyond this for internal planning purposes. Statutory retention obligations (e.g. under tax law) remain unaffected.
